Ardyey, 02 Feb 2013Who needs a 441 ppi screen density? Besides bigger resolutions sacrifice graphic speed not to ... moreHTC Butterfly gives almost 60fps on 3D graphics. Original One X arouns 50~55 depending on software. So the Grapichs are greather, even on an 1080p. Battery seems to be better than Original One X, worse than One X+ .
But if you like Better Battery go to One X+, I prefer a better screen, as its battery is better than my One X
butterfly is amazing phone. i rec get the red color.battery is quite ok but if u r a heavy user u might want to bring along the charger.

Hey guys..i just got it yesterday.if u left money then just go for it..i dun understand why ppl said that "battery life sucks, dun buy this phone etc"..how about iphone?the ohthers brand?are they good the performance?i just change from lg optimus 4x hd.the lied to me.that one battery only suck, half day then finish.this phone is awesome!!beautiful screen.and the battery life quite ok even only 2020mAh,can use up to one day more.FUll HD display is best.u dun even watch a dot of noise whenu watching video.although the youtube provide Full HD video..but the bitrate is still low.so not so clear.if u find some video from bluray or HD Video with high bitrate.its awesome.i can swear to u all uwill love it.trust me guys.
Who needs a 441 ppi screen density? Besides bigger resolutions sacrifice graphic speed not to mention the high battery consumption.. Come on HTC you can do better than that
provatation, 02 Feb 2013wooow i like pricey phones! getting it when released in my country! i too . i will buy only if it is priced not less than inr -70000.
wooow i like pricey phones! getting it when released in my country!
I want it, cuz HTC has premium build quality..(I've proved it)
and interesting User Interface :D
I hope HTC will release "HTC Butterfly+" equipped with 3500 mah of battery, android 4.2 OS, and has shutter camera key. (cuz quad core should need more battery consumption, 3500 mah must be enough)
if it become true,, I will spend my money for that!! :D
i love the design of HTC butterfly but i need a camera shutter key and a bigger battery, lower price and it would be great.. but for now ill choose SONY even compared to m7 the m7 is quite a downfall in design aspects not including red metallic accents. Xperia Z fits my standards and personal preference.

I bought this phone end of December in Taiwan for teh equivalent of GBP480, i got the black model. It was hard to get as it was constantly sold out. The sim card port cover broke immediately the first time we opened it, it wouldn't click into place after being opened, but HTC replaced it with a new one after examining it. very lucky.
Apart from that rocky start, this phone is the best i have ever owned...period. It's fast, has a fantastic screen and design and fits in the hand well. battery life is surprisingly good, i get 15-18 hours on average with lots of internet surfing, photo taking, listening to music through my bluetooth headset, and always being connected to a wifi or a mobile network.
However no NFC for taiwan versions, but it's available on the japanese, US, and chinese versions. WTH??
