This phone is utter rubbish, do not buy it. the memory drives me insane, have to clear the cache and delete data from apps ALL THE TIME. Got about 3 apps, can't acces my pictures or music because of no memory, also cannot recieve messages or go on the internet, i strongly advise anybody not to buy this phone, the battery is also rubbish lasts half a day (7 hours or so) would be a fantastic phone if theres problems were sorted, plus a memory card wont do anything, it's the internal memory, it's a mistake htc have made... I'm off to buy an iphone... TAKE MY ADVISE BECAUSE EVERY PART OF IT IS TRUE! it's a waste of £200.. :/

Dusa, 22 Dec 2011I was wondering where does it store the incoming email with attachments? Phone or external storage? It is set not to download atachments automaticly, and when you open them you have a choce of saving them to whichever memory you want, or just viewing them.
Sadly the ChaCha is not fit for purpose. Basically it caches contact information and Facebook cache on INTERNAL memory, no matter what you do. You can not move this cache onto the SD card, even though you can move some other stuff there. The end result is if you have a lot of contacts, you are going to repeatedly get 'memory full' messages. Its probably more of an Android problem than ChaCha, but the end result is you are still stuffed if you are a moderately heavy facebook user. Do not buy this phone if you use Facebook a lot, you will regret it within a couple of months.

awesome Phone.. I had it for a month already and it never let me down.. you should buy this phone
Another note: The internal memory is not a problem aa you can easily transfer all the data to the memory card (mine shipped with 2gigs). Those 150megs are used for storing text messages, call logs etc, so it is obviously enough.
For the most part I love it.
The screen is Retina-resolution, but half the size. Yuu can't count the pixels with naked eye.
Loudspeaker is adequate, camera is fine, facebook integration is handy, as it ties in all fb,twitter, gmail, flickr, yahoo accounts of people you know into contacts app. Mail works like a charm, and notification system is pretty much like the on the iPhone.
Only downside, coming from a Nokia e63 is that the battery handles only 2 days of usage(as opposed to my previous phone which I charged once or twice a week). I guess it could last for 3 days with less mailing and with keeping wifi turned off most of the time. Keeping the default setting for vibration allerts is probably a bad idea as it drains the battery rapidly - turn it off across the board.
Also I must mention that searching in google through the browser is somewhat frustrating. Auto-suggest keeps correcting my typing as I write, so unless you keep it speedy and do the whole search in one swoop, you might end up with an entirely unexpected result.
