Anonymous, 24 Jun 2010This phone looks good, However why is there no itunes support? Apple make quality applications... moreMy dear friend please do the following:
1. Go in front of the mirror
2. Ask yourself: Do I need Itunes to tell me when and how to copy content on the Desire(or other phone as a matter of fact)? Do I need a software that limits access to files, that makes dependent on one brand?
3. If your answer is not "No" to both questions then slap yourself ... hard.
4. Repeat step 3 until you get it.
5. I you don't get it in max 1 hour then go to the nearest apple store and spend 1000$/EUR on an Iphone 4, you deserve it!!!

This phone looks good, However why is there no itunes support? Apple make quality applications and i feel not having itunes will limit the content. And in turn will spell the end of this phone and HTC as a company.

Christian, 24 Jun 2010How is this compared to Nexus one? I'm torn between the 2. In my place they're both the same price.they are the same except
the nexus has voice cancellation
get the desire.
Okay... I'm seeing that too many people are asking the most basic of phone questions.
I've had my desire for a few weeks now and when I say that its flawless I mean that I've had no problems whatsoever.
The signal reception on this phone is the best I've ever had.
The ear piece has crystal clear audio and although I'm not an audiophile, the voice clarity when speaking to people is awesome, might just be too loud for some people on max volume. Have no crackling or distortion noise. My network might have something to do with that tho... if you're experiencing problems try the same phone with a different network and check the difference. When still having problems, get it exchanged or fixed.
Christian, 24 Jun 2010How is this compared to Nexus one? I'm torn between the 2. In my place they're both the same price. The desire and the nexus one are identical twins. One runs android stock and the other has HTC sense. Oh, and the nexus has voice recognition which the desire doesn't have. May be hard to choose between the two. HTC sense is brilliant by the way.

All I can tell you is that my desire is flawless. Works 100% correct and the touch screen is by far one of the best I've ever used. It's accurate, snappy and beautiful. If there is a problem with the model you get, just get it exchanged for one that works. There are warranties for a reason.
