This phone needs more RAM, a bigger internal memory (android) and a better camera. Aside from Android 2.0 theres nothing new or exciting about this.
I hope HTC rethink the specs of this and take a look at the competition before announcing this handset.

Please HTC, do NOT use AMOLED screen.
I can't see them under the sun. SERIOUSLY. It sucks hardcore.
another nexus one with Optical trackball and sense UI.
There should be front camera for "3G video call," and video conferencing using WiFi through 3rd party apps like"Tivi Phone App" for Nokia N series (N 95)!
Can you really compare to the Nexus One without real specs. These are rumored specs. I would expect that when the real specs come out, you will see more detail, then comparing it to the Nexus.
I personally prefer this phone over the Nexus.
for GPS ive been using NAV 4 ALL on my G1 since getting it and its the best free service i've used yet
Anonymous, 24 Jan 2010what is the best gps program for android phones? can You help me please?try navall
Nexus one ram is 512, bravo is 320 but bravo has divx, that is big different.
The HTC Bravo is listed in Switzerland in our price comparison site:
http://www.toppreise.ch/index.php?search=htc+bravo
But no date for the moment... just the price about 800$ And HTC Switzerland told me delivery near end of March...
what is the best gps program for android phones? can You help me please?
duncan, 21 Jan 2010I can't quite see why anyone would buy this over and above the better specced Google N1.Honestly I don't see how the Nexus One is better speced than the Bravo: The phone has exactly the same specs plus multi-touch from the start, hd-video recording, htc sense ui and physical buttons which are more practical than the n1's touch sensitive icons, which don't respond very well when the device is laying flat. I definetly know that this phone is worth the extra wait because I can promise you that you'll be kicking yourself, if you buy the nexus 1 instead, due to impatience.
that's my phone
HTC the best
Another LED phone ? come on guys.... forget about LED, get that xe flash please.....
Anonymous, 22 Jan 2010Don't forget Sense UI and FM tuner. What worries me is the software updates though, google ... moreYou must root it and then you can install whatever you want ;o)

the casing looks better than N1 but ya..hope the ram is wrong
also, another pass for Canadians for no 850 UMTS

What worries me is the software updates though, google will probably keep the N1 up to date, but HTC does not have the best history with upgrading android on their phones..
The only thing the Nexus has over this phone is the extra RAM (not needed with droid).
On the flipside, this phone has Multi-Touch, HD video recording, Dolby Mobile and 16M color support.
Are these actual specs, or just rumoured? It lists less ram and no wlan n.
