Anon, 31 Mar 2018This is not mid-range.... this is low range.
Personally I wouldn't buy anything with a Medi... moreand why is that ? MediaTek has come out with so many SOCs. Go research and then comment.
DOn't blindly adhere to a fad.
This is not mid-range.... this is low range.
Personally I wouldn't buy anything with a Mediatek chip at any price.
less than a mid range phone. HD display, mediatek processor and small battery. I do not know why this phone is made in our days.
no fingerprint, old cpu. and most importantly HTC won't give any future updates/support for this device it will be just like HTC U Play.
S8 8.0, 20 Mar 2018Gor that price probably best option is a1Redmi 5 that have same resolution and same size 5.7 screen that have maybe same amoutn of bezel but at least it has SD450 in that is way better then some MTK quad core and price is 110 euro to only
Considering specs - this is 130 USD device at best. Yes - it does have a nice look, but... that's all it has... Who is the hell in his sober mind will buy it for 200 euros?
phones would be great on US prepaid carriers like metro n cricket but HTC wont even expand the markets to covet it i bet n there goes money at the table for them.
HTC needs to tie up with some of the best service providers and have them promote the phone. Don't go lower on the specs, HTC has or had the potential to out beat the Galaxy Range or IPhone. What happened??
Yes probably people will choose MI A1 or Redmi note 5 pro Chaina version
720:1440 resolution? all because they used MTK chipset
18:9 HD+ VS 16:9 FHD? ask your costumers HTC they're the ones how's going to buy
