I contacted HTC company and I have recived the following response- there is both version of the phone,with 1GB ram and 512MB of RAM memory.
My brother bought version with 1GB ram memory.

Don't worry about 512mb ram this phone will probably get android 4.4 kitkat which has optimizations for phones with 512mb ram
