irfan, 17 Feb 2014I want to know that which phone i have to buy in between blackberry q5 and HTC 501 ,pls sugges... moreIf you ask me then go for q5 b'cos I don't think so that HTC desire 501 get any update in future b'cos the same specification is of HTC desire x but here HTC didnt give any update after 4.1... So I advice u go for q5.

Viyom, 17 Feb 2014Which galaxy s phone... i used both the phone but i prefer HTC 501, performance, easy to use,... moreif the galaxy s you are talking about is galaxy s II than it was really a good phone.but as compare to galaxy s II and desire 501.both have same configuration only 2 difference is Samsung s II has 16 GB of inbuilt memory and desire has 8 GB 2nd difference is galaxy s II = 28000/- and desire 501= 16000/-

Satish, 17 Feb 2014I am also facing the same issue. Please suggest me how to do th fac settingsyou should update the phone software. i had done the same and my problem has been resolved. but i have only 1 issue with my phone that is my screen always show "MMIC Code Canceled"....
I called to HTC Service center and he said "Our software Engg is working on with the same issue, ASAP you will receive the Update from HTC, after update you problem will resolved.....

i used both the phone but i prefer HTC 501, performance, easy to use, and most important body looks great.
