I have contacted HTC service centre.. N they told me that i have to give an order for it which may take more than 10 days and they asked for rs.700(approx)..so i m confused as it's worth buying or not? M currently using the blue coloured one...so if u cud send some pics of it than it wud b very helpful for me... Or u can give ua Facebook id or email id

Its a very nice phone.... But its software should
be upgraded... Friends we have to mail to HTC's
main site for the update continuously...then the
phone may get kitkat update...writing about need
for update here in gsmarena is useless.Instead
mail HTC continuously day after day then they
might give it more importance n update it quickly

I am using HTC Desire 501 for the past two months. What irritates me is the fact that my brother using a Micromax mobile he bought for 6000 INR and an Intex Aqua phone that my friend bought for 6500 INR both have Quad Core Processors and they are smiling at me when they multi-task, whereas my 17000 INR worth of phone gets heated at the back when I try to run more than 3 or 5 apps at a time. When I try to play games like Subway runner, Stick Cricket and Temple Run OZ, the phone gets stoned and I have to pull out the battery every time it happens. The only upside is the ability to sync Social Network contact phone numbers to my phone book. This phone is not worth the price I've paid for it. I could have bought a used HTC Explorer for around 4000 INR, rooted it and could have made much more benefits out of it than this phone. Heavily disappointed.

hi friends i am using HTC Desire 501from last one month. this is very good phone. i need one suggestion. i am not able to see the full script in regional language if i use Facebook or whatsapp. is this case with others? how to resolve this? can someone help me?

Htc ...robust in nature .. but battery backup :(...
service centre facility is worst....
U've to pay for a faulty part ....but 600/- for its estimation cost.. ...even in warranty !!!!.....feeling cheated....
