hello friends.. I m using this beauty for last one week.. It has Nova Thor 8520 chip set.. No hangs and battery back up is quite decent and it have mail 400 GPU..

Few questions about it-1.Gsmarena when will u review this phone?.we r eager to know about the performance of this phone.2. is it available in black color or not?3.gaming performance?4.some says charging problems.does it happens?It seems better than desire 500 in few features like storage,camera,design and price but in reality does it?please review soon!

My HTC Desire 501 Dual SIM takes 5 hours to fully charge with USB charger connecting to Laptop or PC.

Ari, 27 Jan 2014Yesyes, both sims are active. if you are on line on 1 sim than anyone calling you on 2nd sim,he will get busy toneand you will come to notice a waiting call on your phone scree.

If you have questions about hanging then all android phones hang. Try using the task killer to eliminate the apps running in the background. If you dont, the phone will hang and will reduce the performance.
Second, the processor is not old, the UI is. It is running HTC Sense 4 instead of 5. Trust me version 4 is more attractive than version 5

Sound quality is equal for both the phones. HTC has beats audio enhancement, whereas Sony has it's homegrown audio enhancements. But, HTC has better in-ear sound quality.
