smt, 27 Feb 2014It works great, oo ..Really i want buy but i confuse i but iphone 4s or htc desire 600 .... plz reply
Very hard to find the covers for this phone,i searched a lot but couldn't find one.
One of the best cameras for capturing low light images have
used several phones like sony, lumias, samsung but this one captures the best low light images i took some photos in day time with no lights on & it just brightens the camera automatically for crystal clear images, hats off to htc for making such a great camera phone.
Well i've been using this phone for about 3 months now but never faced any hanging issues, the phone's pretty good most of the time i'm playing with it never faced any issues except the battery which is not that great but that's acceptable as i use it a lot.
worst phone from htc, i have broght htc desire 600c, i strongly recomnd not to buy this phone as its hangs every half an hour
I've installed "app mgr3" from playstore for moving apps to sd card, now whenever i install any application from store it shows in the notification bar "this app can be moved to sd card" but i can't find move to sd card option.
Htc desire 600:
1) looks awesome, the white one.
2) light weight & really sleek compared to other phones.
3) great call quality.
4) superb front facing speakers with boom sound.
5) superb 8MP camera with great front camera for vid calls.
6) flawless in playing high end games.
7) fast in browsing with quadcore processor.
8) htc sense 5 ui.
1) poor battery life
2) no near future updates.
3) bit expensive compared to other phones with great specs & updates.
I have been using this phone for past one year.
My own experiences:
Look wise its really classy. Looks like HTC one.
Camera is good with 8MP.
You need to charge twice a day if you use internet frequently.
Game addicts - Cant comment on battery; But gets heaten up during continuous play.
Apps cannot be moved from phone memory to SD card even if you use AppManager.
One of the worst batteries i've ever come across, really pathetic, first of all it always shows 99% the moment you unplug the charger no matter how long you charge then while using data connection for about 20 mins it goes down from 99 to 85% using facebook or google search forget about playing games with that battery.
Apart from the crappy battery life every thing else is pretty good.
No updates for this phone yet. and hearing that update is just 4.2 jellybean not 4.3 or 4.4......so bad
Will this be ever updated, cheaper phones like xperia c/ace3 run on 4.2,c'mon htc think about updating this one or you just want people to go for your "one" series & forget about the desire series.
Yeah it's quite true that htc phones are overpriced and they don't even cut down the prices after months, htc one has been there for a while now but the price is still high compared to xperia z which's being sold at a reasonable price now, even samsung are known to slash down the prices after the phone becomes some months old.
Mydeen, 31 Mar 2014Htc 600 s better my frndwhat a joke.....htc's mobiles are highly overpriced....
I simply love my htc desire 600,it has everything i want in a phone, all the necessary apps like whats app, line, skype etc.run smoothly my favorite games like subwaysurfers, temple run, candy crush, farm hero saga, juice cubes etc run without any lag, camera & boom sound are superb so overall a great phone to have at this price.
