Willing To Help, 29 Dec 2013HTC U.S. says the Desire 601 has NFC, but my phone doesn't say it has NFC.(I'm living in Singapore.)Thanks. I guess that's why some people online claim that it has nfc. I wonder why the exclusion of nfc in other countries.

htc_victim, 26 Dec 2013I donít know why I wasted my money on this phone. Even a basic service like wifi doesnít work ... moreWell, I have one too and it works perfectly fine. Perhaps you gotta have it repaired? I do not encounter any problems at all with my Desire 601
I've had this phone for more than a week now and I've got to say it's really good for the price point. It's nearly as good as a HTC One I would say, the only thing being it having less RAM, an inferior camera as well as a more fragile plastic backing. The UI is clean and simplistic, and while it's camera is not as good as the One series, it takes slightly better than average photos. Plus, it's post effects are really innovative. The HTC Boomsound feature is really cool too. The display is better than average and I feel the screen size is just right compared to the "giant" phones popping up in the market i.e. HTC One Max. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants LTE and a high performance phone at an affordable price. Thumbs up HTC!
Good Wi-Fi speakers are decent and loud camera is good enough Bluetooth is easy to connect screen is pleasant and responsive and generally the phone is good value for the 280 AUD I bought it for.
Hema kumar, 27 Dec 2013What is the better one to take ......? Single sim....? dual sim...? Can I expect anty ans... moreThe Dual SIM version doesn't support 4G and its processor is clocked at 1.2Ghz as compared to the Single SIM version which supports 4G and has a Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.4Ghz.
What is the better one to take ......?
Can I expect anty answer.........
I donít know why I wasted my money on this phone. Even a basic service like wifi doesnít work on this premium kinda phone. I even got my mobile replaced, but even in the new phone the problem persisted. Clearly the HTC have no concern towards the consumers, and probably donít even try to use it before sending it to the customers.
It was the worst experience I had with a phone, total wastage of money. I am thinking of running a campaign and paying actual money to suggest other innocent customers to avoid this disaster of a phone.
To the owners of desire 601, can u guys confirm whether it has nfc or not? Tia.
A Merry Christmas To Everyone!
i just got my htc 601 yesterday and im in love. i got it from fido and the guy was very informative. just the phone was 300 dollars but i used the standard plan and got it for 50 dollars. i got it in the two days where i'll get my 50$s back in three monthes so bascically i got the phone free! i also got a free case and screen protector. i have seen many reviews and i didnt expect much out of the 601. however, i have to say this phone is EXTREAMLY good for the price i paid. the design is very nice and screen is very crisp and clear. but there are some minor annoying things, first is youtube videos. they arent in HD quality. ive noticed that internet supports FLASH WOOPWOOP! very happy with that. the sound is amazying but ringtones are... meh.
