pros:
Looks good (front side looks like HTC ONE, back side looks like HTC ONE X)
loud stereo speaker (no beats isn't a big deal)
dual sim (dual standby)
fast camera
good front camera (wide angle and does a countdown prior shooting when taking selfie)
removable battery
Sense UI is minimalist
cons:
CPU a little slow sometimes
4G storage space cannot hold too many apps (some apps cannot be move entirely to SD)
No Gorilla glass at the front
Pricey for the specs
Back cover can get loose sometimes

I bought this phone 23-06-2014. After starting to using this phone I am very much disappointed with it. Duel SIM does not work as good as other normal china phone. Before that I used lots of Samsung, Symphony & Micro-max phones, but this one is very much hurt me. I spent 21k for this phone, total money is goes under water. Its networking is very very very bad. Duel sim does not work properly. Play Wonder Zoo game in it but its display does not work nicely. Some picture in the game can not seen and some time hang. It is very horribly. But sound quality is good. Blink-feed option on it is nice. If u consider the above matter then go for it otherwise don't buy this phone. Please-please-please ...........

I bought a 601 htc on 6th April 2014 from Dibrugarh.
Its service is very slow and facing lots of problems.

AVI, 23 May 2014Which phone is better in View of battery and music Sony Xperia M2, Moto X or HTC Desir 601??I have newly bought a HTC desire 601 and the power and quality of it's speakers was the first thing that I payed attention to.It was really great.I think HTC can be your best choice.

Can not download movie because i can't use sd card for storage. I also updated the storage to sd all..
