No Updates availaible and none will everbe not even working custom roms.
If you reading here tobuy one dont. Only Desire 800 series get update and desire eye.
Cant write to sd without root. Camera Sucks. Motorola G seriesis better buy.

I have had my htc desire 610 about 7 months. At first, everything operated fine. However, in the last week my screen has gone blank. The phone rings, but I cannot receive calls, make calls, pull up apps, etc., due to the display screen being blank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AnonD-449608, 09 Oct 2015its really difficult to insert a simcard into it. it pops up immediately. still am not using i... moreI've owned one since July of this year and onto now it has been performing in accordance with my limited cellphone features craze, but I've however experienced the SIM card debacle myself and had to get a technician to fix it for me and has since not touched that aspect. But I'm now faced with a blank screen occasioned by mistakenly pressing some Call-App key to move me from the Call-App Address book to the default Address book ....and the screen has gone blank. Apparently the Android and HTC sense are no longer working too as I'm not getting anything on the touch while the screen is totally blank and calls are coming in. Any help here...?

Phone is great, however there are a few wakelocks - one of them is Facebook messenger, second I can't find. After messenger use you have to restart phone, in other case bateery wil be dry in 2-3 hours. It sucks

its really difficult to insert a simcard into it. it pops up immediately. still am not using it any more. The phone is realy nice with all its features and capacity. but the simcard problem is really damaging
i kept it as it is now! what can i help then?
I bought it from fnac shop in Leuven, Belgium and told the same story to them. They said, nothing to help or offer. Thank u any way, i lost my 250 euro!

Me and my partner both have HTC Desire 610 I have had no problem with mine but my partner has .first the SIM card kept popping out and had to be sent to HTC now you can't ring her phone because it says she is on another line when she is not .or it will not ring her end but rings mine just wondering if this is a common problem with this phone getting very fed up with it I pay a contract and feel not getting the service I am paying for
