SURI, 11 Jul 2015htc is a good cellphone to use because i use that phone from last 11 month and its fine ..i do... morethe phone is Good!! Using since 2 Jan, 2015. But it's Much annoying that it has no Software Update!!

Audio jack is with poor quality it is not working in less than 6months of purchase. please never buy any HTC phones :(

i got htc 616 with me since last 11 months.
i have submitted my phone 4 times in service center due to internal fault.
even today my phone is in service center since last month. so please understand my recommendation about htc

I recommend if you have to buy smartphone then don't trust htc , honestly speaking, even htc customer service cannot replying me in reference to my complain through mail

iam also purchase the HTC desire 616 model. Phone features are not well compare to other company mobiles.And headset is very bad & it was damaged within 3 months time.MP3 sound also very low & standup battery not more than 2 hours.

So disappointed with HTC 616, soon after I bought Earphone Jack holder was not working, I tried and went to many stores but there were not spare parts or can't even repair it. I bought it when it was first launched but its bullshit to say a brand name like HTC. Worst experience ever. Sad to say but dont go for this brand if you are looking to buy a new smart phone.I am sorry but honest.

I was impressed with the new arrival and advertisement HTC 616 however very worst experience ever. I have used a lot of different brand but I have not experience like HTC, very bad network connection, always hung and battery heat up quickly, 3G network not support properly and no customer care, very hard to find spare parts in the market. So friend whosoever is looking to buy a new phone never go for this brand HTC ever. So sorry to say but I have to be sincere. Thank you.

I am also facing issue with this phone, it hangs most of the time, signal lost intermitantly. Now i am facing with new issue FM is not functioning, i bought this phone around 6months back
