sound quality is not at all good, within 6 months my speaker is not working and whenever I am getting calls it's not ringing because of speaker problem, so I visited the service center, they said deposit your mobile at out service center, we don't have the parts (speaker), we will order it and it will take some time, so after 22 days you can collect your mobile. So I will say the service is very bad

Dear htc 616 user. I need your favor from ur end .. because htc will not provide any android new update for htc 616 ... so do one thing and give call to htc call center... regard the android update.... try to call numbers of timea by doing this this thing we can give there considertation on our problem for kitkat or lolipop....... u can also give the numbers of miscall that effect there service ......... plz guys ... help us ........ you paid 16000. And we need 16000 htc phones services.....
