Make sure to use a good earphones or headphones for a better experience with your handset.Downloading paid apps like poweramp etc is not the solution for the sound distortion.As for the video call,it isn't supported.It has no gorilla glass so I suggest you 616 owners to get a decent screen protector and a good pouch.This device is a good mid range device bcoz of its octa core processor.It supports modern combat 5 but lags a bit.HTC hasn't announced a kit Kat upgrade so I suggest you to install cyanogenmod and don't root your phone for a better experience unless you want it.DON'T FORGET TO ASK YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR HTC DESIRE 616.this device badly need an os upgrade.it barely supports 4k playback Becks of the old 4.2.2 jelly bean.It is superior to the LG G3 beat in performances.

appaling battery life...its a contrast between the other specs and battery..very poor..camera is ok...rigtone sound too low to hear from one room to another

It lacks one good SIM toggle widget, as other dual SIM phones. If you want to switch SIM1 and SIM2 on/off on home screen, do the same for data or even daily schedule switching cards, treat yourself with Dual SIM Switch Widget. Can be found on Google Play. Take care.
