While you having a call from sim1, can you receive a call from sim2 on the same time or not?? Is it dual active??

on may 1st 2014 i purchasd htc desire700.itz performance is really awesme..same tym we can use alot of pogrames..and also itz speaker is really awesme :) but i faced with 2 problems, 1.my fone switchdoff unexpectngly. dat also more than 8 times within 2 days... 2.MMI code invalid is showing after every call... so on 3rd may i returnd my fone to service centre.they guaranteed that they'll replace the fone on nxt workng day.

I bought this HTC desire 700 dual sim, but it was having a problem that the ... moreIt is an average phone with one special feature of dual sim dual active. Sim 1 has call disconnect problem. Sim 2 is ok.
Can anybody tell whether this problem is of software type or hardware and will htc fix it in software update?

Dear all...!!!
I bought this HTC desire 700 dual sim, but it was having a problem that the reciever is not able to hear the conversation after few minutes of the call for 1 or 2 minutes.
For that I had contacted customer care they replaced my handset. I am very much thankful to them.
But in another set the same problem I am facing.
Any one facing same problem...???
