my mobile gets heat when i put it in charge and even wen i use internet..

guys i have been facing this problem the day when i bought this phone...
out of 10 calls hardly 2 or 3 calls lasts till i want to speak with the other part,,,bt 7 times the calls are disconnecting automatically after 10 or 12 seconds and a message pops up showing MMI code cancelled...what is the resolution..need assistance...
