ts fake spec..i hv use it 6 more mnths...cnt use mny app...intrnal available just 4 gb..then it have will use for all storage...not very nice touch...cmra oly 8 &4 mp insted of 13/5mp...hang if use more data..cannot change storage when sharinf xender(wifi data transfr.)oly cn resive to internal storage...chrger and headphone just hv shrt lyf olt...no updates available

I ha... moreI have same issues and from yesterday only outgoing is allowed and no any incoming. Sometime sim card is not read by the phone. I'm in deep trouble too. I totally agree with you, my phone also have same issues.

Using this phone from 2 years.
Wasnt expected this much updates on this.
And also stable updates.
Marshmallow is pretty good.
Better than apple and samsung who intentionally slow down their previous generations to promotes new one.
Just for profit.
I ll always go for a htc phone.
Battery is still quite good.
Screen is awsum.
Everything is working like a charm.
Storage problem also solved after marshmallow update.
I recommend buying its successor to everyone.

My 816 have few issues. After hours of sleep data connection not establish automatically. I have to restart it. Camera doesn't recognized different between blue and purple. Internal memory is just 8GB so most of updates are not installed and not enough for even system updates. Apps in phone memory can't transfer to SD card.

This phone is absolutely horrible. With only 8GB of space, you will run out of space on you internal storage fast. That means no room for installing apps, and no apps means the phone is pretty useless. Not to mention it is very bulky. Do not get this phone. It is not worth it.

A piece of advice every one who run lollipop on this handset update it to marshmallow it'll get better lollipop is not a good build of android got problem on many devices

If you like it then get it,but its a old set. You can explore Redmi Note 3 or Samsung J5 2016 too.

I,m using my HTC desire 816g since from 1year.it is good smart phone but I have facing some problems.when I was USA,Panama,Ecuador,Peru there is no working 3g or 4g only 2g signals coming.if I m going to do3g mode than there is no signal I think this is band problems please suggest me what I can do.
