If anyone needs to know how to activate BSNL 3G in HTC Desire 816- In network settings you have to select GSM/UMTS mode . I guess by default it would be in Global mode which has to be changed to GSM/UMTS mode for Slot 1 network. As you might already know 3G option is only for slot 1 SIM. Also change APN name and APN to bsnlnet. Rest of the options will be populated by default. Don't have to change anything. Save the APN settings and you are good to go. Thanks.

It just blows away any competition...with 2gb ram..s615 ...boomsound and all those things along with android L and sense..the 820 is easily the winner...definitely go for 820(when released) otherwise 816 if u cant wait...but if u can..820 all the way

Just a quick question to everyone who's using this phone..I'm getting this phone today dated(3rd oct 2014) worth 23k. My question is "what all features I'm getting in this phone are worth the money I'm paying or not?"
I'm asking you this question because this phone might be not have the best features but is it worthy the features it have?

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2014xperia t2 ultra or htc desire 816 ?Go for htc desire 816...it is better than t2 ultra ...speakers , UI , ram...and if u can wait for november..buy the htc desire 820 ....which is the updated model of 816 which looks promising..at about the same price
