Hello neha,
Just clean the lense with cotton rub it.. with the hlp of ur thumb nail :)
Put cotton or any cloth.. den put ur thumb nail.. n rub it..
Scratches are on blue Coating. So remove that coating fix ur prob :)
Fixed this way mine htc desire 816 cam :)

Neha, 29 Sep 2014I hav used this phone for 1 month without using flipcover or any backcover or any kind of prot... morea temporary solution is: put a screen guard layer over the camera glass... if will help to focus image and resolve the blurriness more than 70% ..
