I'm using this mobile (HTC Desire 816) from 2 months and i haven't faced any issues so far. battery back up, Picture clarity, sound quality is too good. This is the first time i'm using HTC set and i'm just loving it.

Plz let me know battery backup. Some users r saying that this phone has very bad battery backup. Plz help me if the battery goes for one full day with 3g data enabled.

Anonymous, 12 Sep 2014Picture quality is too poor. Is there any problem with the camera The camera of the device is having some issue. Very often you will get a purple tint or pink tint on camera captured images. It is because the device is manufactured with lower end chips. So when you start capturing images, the IC starts to burn causing this tints. So when you submit the device at the service center they will help you to fit and replace a new motherboard with a embedded camera that has more restitant but not durable. So if your device is under warranty, you will not be charged anything from the service center and if the device is out of warranty, you will be charged Rs. 7000 to Rs. 9000. Moreover HTC does not have an authorised service center.

After installing the new software update 1.56.401.1 not able to hear calls after attending....m not able to hear the voice of the caller neither the caller can hear....wht to do plz reply as soon as possible

chocobo, 11 Sep 2014It's consider normal , mine too, don't worry.Thanks for the reply..the camera isnt good enough..photos and videos are grainy and lacks detail..most of the reviewers saying it's a good camera..that's why i thought i have got a faulty one.

i hv been using ths phone since a month......suparb mid range phone....but m facing a problem of wifi hotspot....when i on my wifi portable hotspot my internet data close down...
so that m nt able to share my internet data with anyone..
can any one help...??
