I truly desire this phone with its magnificent specs pack in a 5.5 inch display....
the only downside with this phone is that it has no shutter proof or scratch protection which is not really suited my clumsy movement like accidentally drop!
I wish it would last a year in my hands if I buy this phone.
my recent phone from LG has this corning gorilla glass which able my phone to last u pto 1 yr and 9 months and I'm still using it now...

But once I opened it I saw chinese font... moreIam afraid that you have bought handset imported from china, because most of the sellers in ebay and selling handsets imported from china, and it is not covered under warranty in india.

It's awesome set. I have used Sony and galaxy smartphones but when touch is concerned ,yes it's the HTC who are forerunner in this field .in this mid range phone HTC packed some high end goodies . Sound is great be it inner or outer. Provided headphones suck cos it's along with the glossy back cover are the negative sides of this smartphone.I am glad to have it. However,zoe is found to be coming soon notifier only.

Hi guys.. yesterday I got my htc desire 816 from ebay. But once I opened it I saw chinese fonts, but some how I changed language but after that I faced issue while typing, when I was typing output was in chinese, I resolved it too.
But is there major difference between chinese version and european version?
Please help me guys. Do I have to replace it?
I heard htc developed this chinese version only for china.
