I've a pr... morePolaris Office can only recognize folders and documents but not image/video/music files. For image/video/music files use and edit options are available through gallery and music player. For documents edit/rename/... even for sd card files Polaris Office is sufficient. Hope this helps

Yes Note 2 is a better phone but its time is now gone..Yes rooting makes it a tough competitor to many high end devices of 2014 but not everyones into rooting and the stock UI is sluggish..HTC UI is the best in the market....go with this one or N5 or MotoX !

aru, 27 Jul 2014Hey guys should i go for this phone because i heard htc celphones are facing software problems... morewell its not true at all...this phone is completely lag free..UI is smooth than any other device...new software updates 1.50.720.3 made ram management very effective...only issue is its battery...sustain only for a day with network data on...& both sim placed...but thats ok...you cant expect backup for 5.5" devices...overall its a great phone...go for it...

u should definitely consider desire 816 better than note 2....bcz in real life 816 definitely beats Note 2....and rather note 2 is an ugly looking phone and its shape is somewhat ackward....so definitely desire 816 wins for me....

In my htc816 I have entered a sim in slot 1 is not detact only slot 2 are detact.

Hi got this phone sins lst 2weeks but nly problem is with camera i guess Cos whenever m taking any pictures its allways giving very low pixel Image nor its giving proper focus, also always blur image , i suppose it's really bad image capturing cam if u say itz a 13mp phone which I expected to be awsum for the reson I hv buy this phone
But any1 facing the same problem or m the one trap with it pls advise

My battery is draining like hell even in power saving mode... It decreases by 3-4% within 8-10 mins while listening music or playing games... It also decreases even if i dont use da phone... Do i hv some battery problem or some of u r facing da same problem??

I am unable to install games from other phones via es file explorer apps transfer or other file transfer apps... it shows it is installing but it doesn't install... anyone facing the same problem...
