Can anybody please tell me that soundmagic E10 and JBL J33 earphones are compatible for HTC DESIRE 816 ? I am planning to buy this phone this weekend so will buy earphone as per compatibilty .

bought this phn on 29th jun...used it for only a week..n d touch stop working...i could nt unlock my phn bcz d touch was unresponsive..i went to d kalkaji service centre...they made me a duo..n told me dat I cn get my phn replcd from dat shop..when i returned home...i found out dat my new charger was replaced with some old htc charger..den curiously i chrged my phn n i got to know dat my phn was not charging..den i cld dat servic centre n day told me it mst hv been some mistk..n said no need to worry abt d old chrgr...as u vl get a new handset as per d duo made by our servic centre..more dan a week has passed...i hv submitted d duo to shop i purchsed my phn from...n still i hv not got a new handset...still waiting for my phn...I seriously regret buying dis devic..nw i think i should hv purchased d moto x instead...even a micromax or spice would hv been better..n chnging my new chrger with some old one..seriously i hv never seen something lik dat..my worst purchase ever..my 23500 jst got wasted..n till now m waiting for my phn

Hello, lately I have been hearing complaint regarding power button that it is getting stuck.
I haven't faced issue. I have switched it off and on couple of times.
May be those complaining may have got faulty handset or just trying to put htc down intentionally /(trolling)..

At last i have this beauty at my hands! I am happy with mobile store experience (my 2nd mobile purchase) and got the delivery on time. The surprise was free flip cover of molife.
I had to cut my normal SIM to nano and so far am happy to use it for 2-3 hrs. I am surprised to see no What's App pre-installed and WeChat was there! Any ways, will post detailed review after a weeks usage.

For all those who are having problem with managing contents on sd card in your htc 816, there is a work around.
You can edit/remove the documents on the sd card with the file manager in your pre installed polaris office app.
Similarly the media contents like photos and videos can be deleted from the "gallery" and music from the "music player" which are default in the phone.
It is what kit kat has to offer, not a problem with desire 816; In next android update most likely there is a default file manager which can from then on be a one stop answer for sd card content management.
This should help transfer 'data and obb' files to sd card when u want to load another big game. I will suggest to use 'App Lock' app just to lock the games which are inactive until we shuffle their files back to internal memory.
Coming to battery life I am sure blink feed and other wifi, mobile data, gps.. options show their effect, but it is up to us.
Let me know if you any other issues.
Comparison wise I can confidently say this is the best dual sim phone available in the market without second thought. For single sim users you have various options basing on your requirements.
