If go to power history, u see a straight line at awake which is. Eating the battery. If u uncheck that fast boot option given at last in Ur power settings, then this line won't be continuous, so not eating Ur battery continuously.
Also disabling BlinkFeed will also save lot of battery.
Try both things & u will get 25% more battery backup.

Guys i am using 816 for a week now and did not find any spec called Multi-window. When I went o store to purchase one, the presentation guy had shown me this feature on 816. Anybody knows about it that it actually exists in 816??

Guys those who own htc desire 816 , you just force stop blink feed ( If you did not find it useful) you'll get good battery backup :)

HTC desire 816 does not support 4G. Its maximum speed limit is 14.4Mbps in India. dont think its speed is 42 Mbps. It will not H+ internet connection. correct me if anybody is getting H+ with his area location.

Dont go for htc desire 816, my 1st htc set, am hardly disappointed. Pathetic battery life, within 7 days of purchase the power button is gone.. Now the phone remains only in restart mode.. Didn't expected this in 24000 bugs. Market is worsening day by day, may you talk about the mobile companies, mobile network companies, DTH connections etc. Just cheating on with people, just making money. Even my xperia J was better then this,, Xperia Z would be definitely better..

My p... more1.desire 816 has the best sound system both external speakers and also in headset.
2.nexus 5 has best screen full hd1080p along with corning gorilla glass 3.
3.nexus 5 has better hardware snapdragon 800 chipset.
Gionee e7 is most worst among this 3 i have used e7 and thats why i am saying this.
