Just got my phone a few days ago. awesome experience with the phone. the best part is the boom sound. excellent clarit even of loud speaker to the fullest. camera is awesome even the front camera. unfortunately Zoe option not available on the 816 yet. Great experience at a cost effecient price. Good Job HTC!!!

k, 04 Jul 2014Change the SD card and check the music files, or delete the music files and reinstall a new se... moreformat your sd card to fat 32 by inserting it in pc using sd card adaptor or reader and also do a factory reset of your phone ,it will surely work 100%
