Those who are confused between xperia Z and desire 816.
Reasons for Xperia Z
1.Dust and waterproof
2.Full hd 1080p display with 441ppi
3.A bit fast processor slightly 5% better
4.More internal memory and ram 16gb and 2gb
5.Nfc and tv out and infrared for controlling tv.
6.Has scratch resistant glass but remember it gets broken easily.
Reasons for htc desire 816
1.Bigger screen
2.Rear camera slightly better than xperiaZ and front camera 5mp better than xZ
3.Has boomsound stereo speakers with amplifiers.
4.Comes with latest android and htc sense6 better than sony ui.
5.Htc blinkfeed zoe auto picture and video highlight.
6.A bit better battery 2600mah on 2300mah.
7.Dual sim ability.
Remember desire 816 have 267 ppi but its very clear and sharp but a bit low in brightness.Now its up to you.

Overall:The best phone within the price Tag.
Now first of all coming to its build external materials plastic combined with matte not the best but good.It doesnot have any gorilla glass so it is a dissapointing mattter anyways even if ur phone have gorilla glass you will put a anti scratch protector.And good thing is that the screen wont crack even if it falls facing the screen we have tested will upload a video very soon on this.

Now come to display 5.5inch Hd 720p screen with 267ppi.Now 267 ppi may make you worry but trully saying its clear sharp and excellent and you wont miss any details.With bare eyes you wont be able to differntiate between 720p and 1080p.Its dislay is better than note3 neo but not better than note3.Note3 is better than this by 10%.

Now come to processor eqipped with snapdragon 400 msm8928 1.6 ghz is really fast smooth and best thing is no lags.wifi network is really fast and also 3g speed is fast.But snapdragon 600 could be used in this price range.

Now come to camera theres nothing to compromise with the camera both the rear and front camera is simply amazing the rear camera is even better than xperia Z and galaxy s4.But dull in lowlight condition not best but good.And front camera 5mp its even better than galaxy s5 or lg g3.Simply excellent cameras.

The sound quality is the best part of this phone doesnt have the loudest sound but obviously the best sound.
Sound:4.8/5
Now the last the battery doesnt have the best battery but averagely good lasts 10 to 12 hr with gaming wifi and 3g.

Overall its an excellent phone in midrange but the thing that dissappointed the most is 8gb internal even phone priced at 15to20% less than this have 16gb internal so its a shame for htc.

I am stuck with a peculiar issue.
Searching in SMS doesn't give the complete results. Say you search 'Kite'. And say it has appeared 10 times in 10 different messages. Your search result will only return the most recent instead of showing all. Moreover if search word happens to be a contact ...Say 'sameer' then it will look for sameer in messages and return. Won't show messages by sameer in the search result. It will only show messages by sameer if it doesn't find word sameer in any of the messages. This wasn't there in earlier Sense or android versions or am I missing any setting in HTC Desire 816

Honey, 28 Jun 2014Sound is good 3 out of 5Youre crazy man you give it 3 out of5.Maybe its sound is not very loud but better than any other phones even better than S5 or Z2.Anyone would give it 4.5 out of 5.with closing his or her eyes.
