bull shit htc is.wait for one year or may be less than that i'll gurantee you your phone will have problems. poor servicing. if they tell you your phone will be in a week they will return it in the second. the cell phone is not rough and tough. buddy if bymistakely your cell phone falls of then my friend problems are the only thing you will face. heating problems are the most common problems in htc i have my htc one worst cell phone it was. if u want the best of htc then you go for the cell phones above 40k.

Htc desire 816 has 4 gb avlbl mmry..
xperia z has 16 gb internal so avlbl mmry will b 13. Smthng gb..
ram htc desire has 1.3gb ram avlbl outof 1.5gb
xperia z has 1.8gb ram avlbl outof 2gb..
