Got a little scratches at the back side otherwise phone is fabulous

Yesterday was the bad day for me,lost couple of bucks in friends marriage and worst thing I dropped my Lovey dovey HTC desire 816 on concrete road while dancing in procession...phone dropped with screen facing the impact side,,fortunately I was using veegee screenguard so got lots of scratches on matte finish side of phone and also onne impact on screen which was brave fully bear by screenguard,I got lots of scratches which i will have to try to hide with some good backcover...but i am really surprised that my display didn't tempered though phone is not having gorilla glass...can somebody help me that can HTC service center will help me out to get beautiful finishing of my phone???any suggestion...

is it possible to change the battery when it needs to change and has any problem if it is changed?

it has Non-removable battery but question is that when i need to change my htc phones battery then how do i get this battrey? plz some one hep me to inform that. i like this phone very much but i am afraid off this battery.

The best part is the charger of the phone the charges stops charging the phone once it is 100% the phone dosent even gets hot or anything the charges is simply awesome.auto cut charger

Should i go for t2 ultra or desire 816 . Is desire user friendly ??
I have used Nokia & Samsung phones only ...
Some r telling that its hard to operate HTC desire.
