AnonD-430542, 17 Aug 2015HTC desire doesnot support 4G is a disappointment.it doesn't support the 4G band-with in India
My Friend has Desire 816 brought last year. This year around Feb the phone started showing problems and the screen did not respond. She went to the Service Centre and people there asked her for 8000rs to repair the phone, though it was in warranty period but they told her it was because of "Physical Damage". She dropped it once from hand and see the condition of the phone. My Nokia and Samsung phones has been dropped accidently many and many times. Still working fine. I will suggest everyone never buy a HTC Phone.

AnonD-428300, 11 Aug 2015Hi Mano.
I need to root my phone but am a bit nervous about bricking it. Can you post me some... moreDavethe,
Actually its always risky but then my personal experience is good. So far i have rooted two micromax canvas phones and htc 816. Typically its an hour's job once you have all the required stuff ready with you. Make sure you backup your data as it would do hard reset after custom recovery. If your phone is out of warranty, then you can take the risk.
