Using this phone about 3 months and still working at very best level.highly appreciate the battery time because with a 5.5" large display, it can perform a full day and some times i manage to use my phone for 2 days with one charge.
budget friendly and worth to buy for this price.

M using htc desire 816 for last 13 months..Its an awsm device.i m fully satisfied with it.battery life is enough for 1 day.sound quality rocks.camera is gud.body is gud(dont like glossy back).light weight.screen quality is also gud.and decent price.

Don't go for any HTC phone as the service is pathetic. After completion of warranty my motherboard crashed and also earphone. Total cost i have incurred to repair my phone is around Rs.8500/-. I will suggest go for Samsung or IPhone as service is better than any company and phone longevity is up to the mark compare to HTC.

hi I bought 2 handset oh htc 816 dual sim and with in one month I was getting problem in hearing, my handset reboot after 20 minutes every time, the customer care and help desk are just bas................. My experiments with these handsets, if somebody want to suicide then buy this company handsets,

I am using this phone from past a year...till nw its awsome...i havent faced any problem as if knw...if any one want more feature by paying less price than they should go for this phone for sure...

My Friend has Desire 816 brought last year. This year around Feb the phone started showing problems and the screen did not respond. She went to the Service Centre and people there asked her for 8000rs to repair the phone, though it was in warranty period but they told her it was because of "Physical Damage". She dropped it once from hand and see the condition of the phone. My Nokia and Samsung phones has been dropped accidently many and many times. Still working fine. I will suggest everyone never buy a HTC Phone.
