Hi all. i upgraded my phone to lollypop version. It has taken more than one and half gb space for the lollypop to install in my ph. Hence it resulted in me to uninstall many useful apps. Can anyone pls tell me how to come back to kit-kat.

Actually its always risky but then my personal experience is good. So far i have rooted two micromax canvas phones and htc 816. Typically its an hour's job once you have all the required stuff ready with you. Make sure you backup your data as it would do hard reset after custom recovery. If your phone is out of warranty, then you can take the risk.

AnonD-428036, 11 Aug 2015Can we still get the updates even if the phone is rooted?
Basically when you root the device, you replace the stock_recovery with custom made CWM or TWRP recovery. When you want OTA updates, you will have to again install stock recovery and then update it and then again install custom recovery.
So in short, yes you can update but then you will have to play again with the recovery a bit for this.
