Dear Users....How should I protect the back cover from scratches....I have heard that this phone attracts fingerprints and scratches on its back due to glossy plastic back.
gary lubana, 29 May 2014which to go for.... htc desire 816, samsung galaxy grand 2,sony experia T2 ultra or moto x?? c... moreAndroid 4.4 kitkat is the stablest least resource hungry version of android....it is smoothest even on low specced device and absolutely flies through higher specced device......android jellybean minimum req is 768mb ram...whereas kitkat needs just 512 mb ram to work properly...
.......T2 ultra and grand 2 both dont hav 4.4 kitkat...which is a disadvantage....it means...both will have much less ram for usage if they had kitkat....
Moto x , nexus 4 and htc desire 816 are the real contenders......though i wud suugest u leave n4...choose b/w...htc desire 816 and moto x....both are great phones....
Anonymous, 30 May 2014Sony has gorilla glass protection whereas htc ...NAHHtc has far far better software and user interface whereas sony....NAH..software is important...a higher specced decice with poor software optimizations and resource management is worse than vice versa..
AnonD-267451, 30 May 2014Guys is d phn hav file manager or my files.... I dnt find dat in my phn... So pls help meDownload any good file manger from playstore....its simple enough...

battery drains vry fast
dont buy it at all waste of money
be... morethats precisely how samsung fools indians to buy their phones......advertising like hell...so that people only remember their brand .......
....note 2...worst performance of the lot....tmdespite so much ram and processing power.. it sucks ...touchwiz lags like hell...i am a note 2 owner..but had to sell it when the phone failed to load the contacts and other things......t2 ultra is decent but sony software is very buggy..its flagship z2 has app crashes regularly... ..
moto x and nexus 4 are good...but its not people are looking for....people who want phablets dont buy these......htc desire 816 is the ALTERNATIVE to grand 2...... if nexus 4 and moto x were qhat people were after why people buy grand 2 then....bcoz tgey need big screens........
for all those who are concerned about gorilla glass, or issues related to scratches on screen should keep in mind that everyone of you must go for screenguard from the very first day...then what is the issue of gorilla glass or any other scratch related prblm... no one use phones without screenguard

Still not sure wether to go for it or not:
1.Its 5.5" display is certainly a pleasing experience for gaming, videos and web browsing but in todays fast life you need a phone which you can keep in pocket quite easily and the one which you could operate single handedly without the fear of losing control and dropping it as changing screens is way too costly and troublesome.
2.In India, native 3G video calling is still prevalent. This phone doesnt support that.Means you will have to be dependent on applications like skype, hangout etc to make a video call and if the person at the other side is not very conversant with web/internet ,you wont be able to make a VC with them.As far as my knowledge goes Samsung phones support native video calling and pre windows era Nokia phones also supported this. However the upcoming LG G2 mini is also supposed to have a support for native 3G VC.
These are just some of the practical things associated with this phone which some may not agree and scoff at.But I guess I need to check other options too before going for it.
