Hello could someone please help me on where to download the stock rom for this phone. I just deleted the custom rom that was installed on my phone by mistake. And I really need it badly. Please help. I want the official. I do not like cynogen again.

I am using this phone from last 1 year. Its battery get drained off very fast plus i have faced the problem of slow charging too. My phone gets charge very slowly. About 5% in 1 hr. I got the problem solved from service cntr but after 1 mnth of getting it repaired i am facing the same problem again. So plss dont buy this phone . Go for any other phone.

i am using 816 4G version since 2 weeks.very good mobile. great display quality. Boom sound is fantastic. OTG also working. Bit unconformable to the pocket because of the big size. great front camera. back camera bit disappointed when low light conditions. if you are going to buy 816, please go to 4g version. do not go to dual Sim versions. 4G one have many features like extreme power saving mode.

Using it since 11 months still it is working well. Touch is good and no lagging.but sound out put is not good enough.boom sound is really waste.I don't know for what it is for.

i am using htc816 for last 8 months ... Suddenly the touch screen not working in some areas and some areas response very bad . . . What happend? Please help pleeease , what can i do?

Switch off your phone And reset your phone by holding power button and volume down... Or up buttor check buttons combination in google.... Im not sure i did it long ago.... And after you reset your phone. Go to file manager delete all the internal memory including all folder and files. No issues will b thr your phone will work fine and you will get 3.5 gb free space. Once you did downloading share it crack version from google which allows you to recve files directly to your sd card. Use share it to recv any files. Now your done your phone will run smooth and fine
