thanks a lot for update any idea or word on changeable colour panel on 816 and ... morei dont think it has changeable color panel... not confirm though price will sure depend on locality and availability but all of them told me around 23k +/- 500 INR

i think it comes with a back cover screen guard will be an issue for this

they not shown that the phone will support 4g or NFC...
what is this.... no NFC and 4G in India....

I have been tracking HTC desire 816 for 3 months now. Now, just got confused with Samsung Note 3 Neo. Things I Like : S Pen, HExa core with dual core A15s all at the same time, Mali GPU Antutu score 32k, Amoled, removable battery, 16 gig onboard. I dont like : Its samsung, 8 MP snapper but heard its quite good, Almost 0 support of Exnos Hexa core SoC at xda (poor samsung engg cant write proper device drivers), Touchwiz .. I mean if price is not a big factor which one shall be considered ? Any opinions ?

im looking also for LG G2 mini and the Xperia T2 Ultra Dual. but spec wise desire 816 is the best among the three. im not buying until you post your experience with this phablet :)

Ron, 23 May 2014as i read all the comments opinions about this phone my excitement rush to my mind, all i can ... moreit is already sold out in Hot Gadgets Store in Eton Ortigas, i went there yesterday. They are the only store that are selling 816 in the Phil for now and it's just P15,380($357), the dual sim. They will advice me if there will be stocks again, im so gonna buy one!
