depends on what you are looking for...
sony xperia t2 ultra: looks great, 6" screen, great display, 1gb ram, weak camera, low speaker volume, android jelly bean 4.3, unwieldy for some, priced at 24k in india.
samsung galaxy grand 2: regular design, 5.2" screen, good display, good camera, 1.5gb ram, speaker volume okay, android jelly bean 4.3, priced at 20k in india.
htc desire 816: looks good, 5.5" screen, great display, better camera, 1.5gb ram, great front-facing speakers, android kitkat 4.4, priced at 23-24k in india.
my recommendation: go for htc desire 816.

There are many apps which have the wifi direct facility, ES Explorer is the best example. You can send any file with the help of wifi.
Man think before you comment.
WIFI DIRECT IS NOT ESSENTIAL NOW.
& for graphic equalizer there are many apps Poweramp.

Bro there is no graphic equaliser.my frend has purchased in china.phone is good but no wifi direct sound quality is good.and one thing is that it has nano sim not micro.so I m confuse that purchase or not.
