When i am getting a call, the ringtone i can hear is very low and the sound only comes form one speaker.. and while listening to music both the speaker works... whats the problem.. otherwise the fone is very nice nd handy!

I'm having this hTC desire 816 dual for last two months. The device was pretty good to handle till last day. now its touch input is not working good. i've to touch 2-3 times on a single icon to open it. I' very disssapointed to see such a serious fault from a premium brand like htc. apart from this problem , no other issues found. boom speakers giving excellent experience, both front facing n rear camera is good , din get lagged yet.I was very satisfied with this device until I found the touch problem.

my six month experience with htc 816 is awesome............
my phone never hang or lake during playing heavy games or multitasking.
camera is good
battery is good
performance is awesome.
