I like this mobile but the camera' pictures are very dark and unclear...I tried to exchange it with any other htc mobile but people at htc didn't agree. I am shocked by these bad treatment from them

I found my camera flash light getting switched on when im getting messages. this is the problem im facing since 3 days. Its not there before. I've searched each and every settings but i could't find the problem. Can any one pls help me, how to stop the camera flash when i get a message without resetting the settings...? Pls...

tell me what features are you looking for?
what I hates from Z ultra is low light display even it has a good PPI and numbers of display resolution but still lack of brightness camera not bad but not good htc 816 is more better and believe me you will like it it has a nice features as well.

I found it ... moreHi rashed, base on my experience even that has 916 MB ram remain still working fast and never hang that is a good phone for me when I was using it. it is a nice phone as well and not very expensive. features of that phone are awesome. love it habibi

I bought this phone last August 2014 for my son going to college. Having a phablet ita way to go. When I gave this to him not only did he fallin love with it, I ordered one for myself.
We both had the galaxybS3 loved that phone but could afford the monthly cost for both phones with a contract. So to get this for $35.00 a month unlimited everything has saved me so much money compared to a $168.00 I was paying.
It's now April 2015, the phone is perfection no problems, works like I just took it out of the box. Great quality and size.
I normally don't believe most reviews but this phone had nothing but awesome reviews online when I bought it.

I am using the HTC Desire 816 for couple of days. The main problem is that on RAM. I found it 1.5 GB on the box. But on my phone details its shows 965 MB. May I know the reason??
Any suggestion ???
