Why WHy Why WHy ......?
The sound of the ringer when someone is calling comes from the lower speaker only? This happens "most of the time" so sometimes -- it can't be heard>
-- while in normal usage - "no problem with the speakers"
I tried every thing --- but in vain

Hi friends. I purchased HTC desire 816 today.I have a problem regarding ear piece.. when I connected the ear piece and making a call,I am unable to listen the ring thru the earpiece or loudspeaker and even wen the call is connected.. rest all things are okay..please guide me if there any settings to rectify this problem..

It has more powerful CPU (octacore), better chipset and more powerful graphics, more internal memory (16GB) and more RAM (2GB). Also the front camera is better (8MP). If the price difference between both is not that big, go for 820, otherwise 816 is still a very good choice particularly if you have budget concerns.
