Hi friends. I purchased HTC desire 816 today.I have a problem regarding ear piece.. when I connected the ear piece and making a call,I am unable to listen the ring thru the earpiece or loudspeaker and even wen the call is connected.. rest all things are okay..please guide me if there any settings to rectify this problem..

It has more powerful CPU (octacore), better chipset and more powerful graphics, more internal memory (16GB) and more RAM (2GB). Also the front camera is better (8MP). If the price difference between both is not that big, go for 820, otherwise 816 is still a very good choice particularly if you have budget concerns.

AnonD-176824, 13 Nov 2014Hi Desire 816 users! Need your help. I wish to buy this phone, but after reading the comments ... more1. Call sound quality is excellent. It's loud and clear.
2. Ringer volume when set to max is very loud. The best in class.
3. Screen brightness is very good.
4. The camera focus is the fastest I have ever used. This one is my favorite.
5. I never used Note 3 Neo to have a sound judgment but I used Samsung before and the Touchwiz interface is never a match for HTC Sense in terms of smoothness and functionality.
I hope this help you decide.
