mr balak, 20 Oct 2016What is the responce after updating in 6after ugrading to marshmallow your phones processor will become a bit slow. it will decrease your battery life . i have been using dis phone past 2 years now . soo upgrade to marshmallow not recommended personally for this phone
Have been using the phone for past one and a half years, the battery fine is pathetic ,even after charging 100% it drains within 4-5 hrs, rest aside the phone suddenly stopped working what I can see is only the red light blinking and black screen , had been t gallery they say the mother-board is dead...
I bought htc 820 for 24k, ItÂ’s been 1 year 8 month. My phone facing problem of poor touches sense. The touch doesn't work. I have to tap at least 5-6 times to type one letter. I am not able user my htc properly.
I contacted HTC customer service they suggested factory format; however after reset itÂ’s not working Â….. Ridiculous.
I will never buy and recommend htc product in my life.
chaithu, 18 Oct 2016guys can u tell me its better to take htc desire 820 phonei suggest yes but there is a problem with poor battery backup and heating issues, other than that it is still the most wanting phone because it offers good performance with great camera
Sound during phone calls is low, even with settings at highest level. Htc connect runs slow. Apart of this we are quite satisfied with the 825
everything is fine about this phone except battery.. but m living it..
I am using this past 2 years, its working good still. Only problem is battery life.
M using HTC 820 since last 2 yrs.d ph is nice, camera is very good but d most important problem is d battery of this..battery is draining soo fast it is rediculous and also ph is hitting very fast.
Its been 2 years now since I have this phone and its still going strong.. The performance is great, the camera is good and it looks good. Coming to the cons, the battery life is patethic and now after 2 yrs, it has to charge all day which lasts upto 2 hrs only with full usage, heating issues are there but u can roll with it, atleast it won't blast. Also the phone is too big, it wont fit in pockets easily and if it does its too uncomfortable. But still happy with the performance and now time to change it.
