Am using HTC desire 820g plus from last six months, I haven't face any single problem with the phone. Excellent phone. Rich look rich performance. Some people are complaining about some issues like heat problem contacts not opening dialer delay. I can tell the reason for that. When u charge your phone remove the back case and keep the phone in charge , don't save the business card contacts which you receive in sms or in what's app. Don't save directly from business card. Save the number separately so that contacts and dialer delay will not happen.

Hey....can anyone tell me when the lollipop update will come for this device....using kitkat in 2016 is unacceptable....thanks in advance.

Anonymous, 31 Mar 2016is lollipop upgrade is available to 820g plusof course Yes update this phone up to marshmalow by the phone root and add custom recovery then install lolipop or marshmallow custom rom for this phone..

naz, 03 Apr 2016I am going to by a new fon...I am cnfsed whether to buy lenovo k4 note or htc desire 820g+...p... moreplease dont even think of buying lenovi it is the worst phone i have had evern used ..its a bad exprnc to use lenevo ...aftr 3 months the mobile is of no use ...but if you are a less user u can opt for it
