Kev, 23 Dec 2015Are there any OS Updates already either Lollipop or 6.0.1?Because the current OS is 4.4.2Mine is 4.4.2 and when i try to update it to lollipop 5.0.2, it says that the phone is up to date.
So, I guess that it only works with KitKat although my frined has desire 820 and he has 5.0.2

This phone is Awesome .. stylish ...Worth the money ...From appearance ..the phone is so classy ... The octa core processor makes the phone amazing... u have to jus take this phone & hold it in ur Palm...tats it ...U Wil fall in love with it ... dude I bet ...this Will happen ... the selfie cam is 8 mp ... the rear cam 13 mp ...makes the phone Funtabulous ... Iam fully happy wit this phone... the phone also gives u rich premium look ...the main thing is the battery...this is amazing...the phone's battery backup is marvellous...even though u run lot of apps...the battery stays...The internet..chatting experiences are ultimate... another main point ...Ther is no lag in the phone .... The verdict in this phone is the Android version..till now it's running Android kit Kat...so either manually u have to boot up lollipop or ... U have to wait for the official update ...This phone is Worth the money

i am facing battery problem because i need & using internet for all day and morning 10.00 'o clock after charging 100% then in the evening 6.00 clock its show that only 5% so its battery problem or what is the solution.please tell me

Hello all I work for HTC If you want to see the 13 mp or 8 mp you can go to camera setting there is an option where can the details of the camera very easily....and for battery problem thing I think you need to update your phones software or you do one thing I.e go to setting then apps here disable the apps that you don't need ...due to lesser ram consumption you will get bud battery back up
