I buy this phone and b4 24 hour it's started automatic switch off I recharge several time but it's continue switch off battry showing 86% when I charge this mobile it's working but after removine battry I m facing this problem again and again

I don't know about you people but my Htc 820g+ just got updated into firefly from marshmallow and also I'm planning to upgrade it into trashcan.

I bought the handset 1 yr back and till date the software has not been updated. This problem is only with HTC 820G+ handset, otherwise there are updates available for other HTC models.... :( very bad.
Although the phone is working fine, but the software is not available.

htc 820 g+, 26 Dec 2016why are so many people asking for 4g for this device? hence it was clear that it was 3g suppor... moreplease note that i just get HTC Desire 820G+, downloaded the HTS software manager, install it to my PC, but it can not connect to the phone despite the phone is already seen by the windows as 2 partitions phone and SD card,
