I got the mobile delivered from paytm. In the camera settings the maximum pixel size which I can set is only 8MP, but the camera which is mentioned on the site for this mobile is 13 MP. Is there any solution to this problem. Kindly provide a reply.

Worst Android phone. Friends please don't buy this shit box. There are many good products with better specifications and performance at the same cost. Cost is high(It was 17000 when i purchased) 1GB RAM, 16GB ROM is very less for this cost.
Problems:
1) Antenna is weak. It couldn't catch wifi signals and network.I faced the same problem and i got free service with in warentee and motherboard has been replaced.Again the same problem
2) Many software bugs.Couldn't recieve calls and phone doesn't respond whenever you want to recieve an incomming call
3)Sim slot doesn't work. Its a common problem, one of the sim slots wont work after 3-4 months

Totally garbage .I bought it just 1 months ago .power button is not working normally.can't handle heavy apps .I'll never buy a HTC phone in my whole life .

Harish, 13 Oct 2016Htc 820 g+ why jio sim is not workNice..I am using this phone about 4 months only .it was nice for me .Nice camera quality , nice look, and the problem is about ram,version,and 4G not supportable.after the coming of JIO SIM I understand the value of 4G .now I need only one request that I want this to be 4G set.can you guys please provide my request ?
