BC-M7, 17 Mar 2015Hi bro, i'm also from Malaysia & thinking to buy this 820S... May i know how is the cam... moreThe main reason I bought 820s is because of stereo speaker. I already know how the camera performance from 820 (snapdragon version) review. Nothing fantastic about the image quality. So if you want the best phone camera please look for something else. The only time the phone heated when I use it with Waze driving in hot day which is quite normal. Even my other phone Lenovo s930 will heat up in similar condition. No heat issue even when continously using it for web browsing or playing game or playing 2 hours video. If you ask me what phone I will buy today probably I will go for Lenovo P70. The 4000mAh battery is a huge advantage. But it has smaller 5inch screen. It even use same processor as 820s. Just my opinion. The serious disadvantage for 820s is the small 2600mAh battery (by today 5.5inch screen standard). Be prepare with power bank if you need to work over time or go out from home after office hour. For me the processing speed alone is enough for me to disregard the small battery disadvantage.
ZurferZed, 17 Mar 2015WAZE app has a display problem!!! *update pls!!!!!!!!! heat issues playing clash of clans. ... moreYup, problem with waze display, need to change screen orientation few times before I get perfect or almost perfect display. No problem with other apps or games.
Mahesh-Pune(India), 20 Mar 2015Nice review, but wht abt rear camera ? Ple update about picture quality of rear camera. Thanks for asking. The camera has real 13mp full resolution, but when you take the initial picture the setting is set to 8mp, so need to change the setting first. No real benefit from the 13mp camera. No significant improvement from my last 2 phone with 8mp camera Lenovo s930 and Huawei P1. In low light condition the picture will come out with a lot of noise grain but still comparable /not worse than my older phones. Even the front 8mp suffer from a lot of noise grain in low light. The good things are ; fast camera activation about 1-3 seconds and very fast saving to memory.
1) Facing volume issue (Call volume and Ring tone volume).
2) Camera is ok ok.
3) Memory - Showing 16GB but available 12.24GB
4) OS - Using Kitkat (Lollipop) is not available for the same.
5) Battery - Need to charge 2,3 times in a day :P .
6) Processing speed is fast
7) Good looking phone.

Not sure what all these indians are complaining about in crap english, Been using this for nearly 2 months and all I have to say is it's pretty good in every way may be except for the battery which drains a little too fast, But I've been using S4 before and even that was such..this phone is preferable to s4 for me.

1. Battery is very low even normal usage
2. Low chipset

4. Touch respence is low
5. Camera is average
