It has been only few months since I have purchased this phone....and now I have ordered another phone as I am really fed up of HTC . To say the truth, I thought it was my screen guard that caused the display to blur...but ultimately I figured out that it was the phone's display issue. Battery life is pathetic even if there is no net usage or gaming as mentioned by others. Worst of all the ultimate function of a phone???? The ringtone volume is so low....and the sound for audio calls is also very poor. If I were to rate this phone out of 10...I would give it a 4/10. No value for money at all..

I baught HTC 828 with 3 gb ram , 4 months back n havingh display problem , facing also battery problem ,n it's sound is very low , m Nt satisfy with phone , it's been one month my phone is at service center n no hope for one more month there services are very poor they are not loyal with their customer as we bought 2 HTC 828 n 1 HTC 830 back to back n they even don't provide good serives time to time , they doesn't even avail parts , doesn't matter your phone is in gurantee / warrante or Nt u can't get services , u can buy at your risk of it. Once making problem get any harm or damage u have no other option to buy a new phone so now in future I won't buy these phone m fully fed up with this ......thanks a lot HTC

I purchased HTC Desire 828 two days back. The first day it self the ringing tone sound was vibrating. I took to the shop very next day even before using the SIM. The shop people entered some code and restarted the phone. Then the tone sound was OK. I requested to replace with another piece. They replaced with another one. Still the ringing volume is not much louder. Battery condition is very poor. 100% to 20% by evening even without using internet or game.Only by attending very few calls. Camera is Good. So I don't suggest this phone.

i am usase only 5 month than started problem
1.auto rotation never off than i will 5 times restart that not solve this problem
2.when i charged my phone that not charged,and when i will off this phone than charged...

I have own this phone when it was launched in India during December 2015, It was work well for 6 month. However, after it, its start hanging on and trouble and bad days stated. I had reported my phone total 5 times at authorized service center but still it has not fixed yet. I have claim for replacement. Lets see hows its goes as I have not received my phone yet. I personally will not recommend this product to any other as its not as per consumer standard plus pathetic after sell service from HTC

Really upset with the phone...
The prob arised just within 10days when I purchased the mobile ,speaker was not working n battery is jst worst even if u charge it to 100% it would hardly last for some 5hrs....n within 1 month the HD display quality of the screen became low and blur....and the phone heats up soon.. But the front camera is really very good ...totally upset with the product not worth the money ...
