I purchased HTC desire 828 two months back and later 02 weeks its showing hanging issues and while using its automatically turn off.Then I give to HTC service centre for resolve the issues and i got it back after 15 days and same issues is happening again till its not sort out.

Do not buy this phone, you will regret it like I did. Battery life is terrible. Doesnt last a day with moderate use. Phone heats up pretty quick. Sold it after 3 days and bought a Samsung J5 2016, excellent battery life and beautiful AMOLED screen.
the batery is awful...charged it to full at night in the morning it was 23%
The battery is easily drained and stop operating at the middle of browsing. Very low quality and cannot be depend.

Phone doesn't work in CDMA mode. Have a active 4g LTE card and it won't work in this phone. Also "S-on" is not turned off, so switching networks can't be done.
Tried with a GSM compatible sim and it got bars. No bars or service with CDMA card.
I suggest the makers of this phone take out the CDMA/GSM description. It is very misleading to the consumer. Bought the phone thinking I could get CDMA...Nope!

Worst phone.... I have visited service centre 4 times within the 20 days of purchase. The irony is that phone that was supposed to stay with me has spent more time in service centre in 20 days. And the problem is still not resolved. Service centre employs do not know how to behave and say irrelevant things.
Do not buy if you want to have a comfortable life.
Worst phone which I have ever used. Completely wastage of money. I bought this phone on 8 may 2016. In this tenure of 1 year, I have visited more than 10 times to the customer care.
Worst customer care service. Each time when I visited to customer care center, They asked me to submit the mobile for more than 1 week.
1:- Twice the mother board has been changed.
2:- Mic has been changed.
3:- Twice the software has been updated.
4:- Problem with sim ports.
5:- Charger problem lot of times.
My suggestion to you guys that never ever buy this phone. This one is the worst phone and wastage of money 1000 %.
