I bought this phone 15 days ago and m regretting.. back camera picture quality is very poor.. battery doesn't last for even 1 day. Above all HTC customer care sucks. Guys if u thinking of buying this Dan plz don't ull also gonna regret like me.

Bought this awesome device yday for my wife & my 2nd Htc product as I have been using E9+ since the last 5 months.Desire 828 is a very good mid range device & I know I would have saved around 5k by going for a cheaper alternative with simliar specs.Bottom line is once u use an HTC product it makes u a loyal fan.
People here keep complaining it does not do this & that.The cam is awesome,call quality is unmatched thanks to front speakers, Battery is good & overall a brilliant midrange device.

I am using this phone from Dec14th, I didn't find any issue like you mentioned.
It's awesome phone for professional user's.
Display : More than enough for Mobile
Camera : Simply Superb......
Good OIS function and also Perfect in low light(In night mode)
Battery : Good performance for 2800mAh
In single charge battery stands for 3 days 17hrs from 95% - 10% (Without internet)
With 3G internet always ON => Battery stands for 1 day 21hrs.
3 hrs play of movie battery drains 21% only.

I'm using this device and this device is awesome if we talking about camera ram and battery is too good on this price segment..
If we comparing between htc Samsung and sony,, so Htc is good..

Bashist, 29 Jan 2016Should I buy this phone ya Sony xperia c4 is better please suggest meD828 and c4 cpu and gpu are close together but in camera land D828 is better with OIS main camera and front ultrapixel those dedicated you more clear pictures. also D828 has more20mah battery.and in the end htc sense is more powerful and most soft UI in android (it's related to you that which UI is better for you).
totally desire 828 is little better
