I read it on the Snapdragon (wikipedia) that HTC Desire C is an armv7. :)

If this device can run ics without any major glitches, then the htc explorer is supposed to do so too, albeit the armv6 processor!

I guess it shares the same heart of HTC Explorer...Underclocked 800MHz New Qualcomm S1 series (Cortex A5 + Enhanced Adreno 200 GPU)...After seeing it's impressive benchmarks in New Quadrant Benchmark ie.1400+ & 1900+ in AnTuTu I believe HTC took an impressive effort on optimizing the 4.0.3 OS to provide best of performance & visual without compromising the battery life much...Highlighted features ICS, Bluetooth 4.0, Beats Audio are more than enough to get impressed...Battery capacity is pretty low but I hope it's enough to provide at least 7hrs of talktime & a day long music playback...I hope it will inherit dual shutter cam found on One series & also provide 720p capture. Dawn of lag-free low end era :D

In my opinion an LED flash on any phone does not make much of a difference to the picture quality. What worries me is the processor and internal memory. 4GB really?

why htc desire c which has only 600Mhz processor can support android 4.0 and htc desire which has 1GHz processor is still stuck at Froyo..

If dis fone had a 1ghz processor flash then it would had been d biggest hits of 2012 because it would hav givn samsung galaxy ace a touch competition in terms of mid range!
but a 600 mhz processor on an ics running droid is just as to get 60 runs to win from 6 balls!!
sorry to say htc u hav already lost d competition in terms of specs sheet 30-40$ dollars more wouldnt hav hurtd but its a big disappointment!!!

I think in Rs. 8500 to 9000. itll perfect in India in this price range. Otherwise Motorola fire xt is more powerful than it . 800mhz led flash good bettary+good desine in Rs.8500 in india.

Very nice phone with good specs and low price, only problem is low cpu on 600 MHz, 800MHz would be right measure, flash camera would be nice too.
For all those who says that 600MHz is too low for ICS, HTC wouldn't make this phone with 600 MHz cpu if can't run ICS without problems.
