i got this phone as a gift and im totally gutted with this phone. i wish i got xperia mini which is much much better (same price). first of all the internal memory is very misleading. the 4GB is only for apps and u only have 100mb for ur files..secondly its processor is extremely slow. u have to always wait when u tap over anything specially the apps. its really annoying. thirdly u get really cheap rubbish handsfree with it which hurt ur ears very badly after a few minutes. fourthly its camera is totally crap. i dont even know if its 5 mega pixel because its quality is worse than 2 mega pixel. the only positive thing i find in it is its touch response and texting..otherwise its just a waste of money. in thise price the best choice is xperia mini which has got everything and has a bullet processor 1 GHz and has a bigger screen and has got top notch specs.

currently opera mini works perfectly with desire c without lag.tried all major browsers like chrome, uc, furefox,dolphin n default one.but opera mini is light n less rosource hunger n loads pages fast too.

niki, 01 Jul 2013can anybody will tell me is this mobile is nice to purchase please give me your opinions, than... morethis phone is a good phone. However, I have had mine for some 4-5 months and it has become viciously slow. Furthermore, I think that a factory restore would do the job though. the downsides are that it has a slow processor and not much ram memory so it really is not suitable for any resource-hungry apps. you can buy it if you don't mind the occasional lag and you are willing to restore it every once in a while. it is a good budget phone...........

i have a screen that's all cracked up, looks shattered but still works, where can i send this phone to fix the glass? do i just take it to a kiosk and have it shipped?

the weird thing is i dont have any problems with hanging
even with games like most wanted chaos rings etc. and i usually dont clear RAM that often.

Have you ever tried it or do you just make it up from your very own opinion. I owned one and it is never slow. It can play games like Temple run, angry bird and dead tricker, etc without any problem. It can also send messages very very fast (faster than Samsung)and the call volume is extremely loud.This is somthing that Sony Xperia phone can never complete with. Tried it yourself first before you make any real comment. The 600Mz processor is reasonably good because the OS itself has been heavily optimised to use with this processor. Don't saying something here which is totally unjustified.

It is as slow as a snail and it takes a lot of self control to not pick up this phone and throwing it against a wall. O by the way did i mention u can actually see the pixels on the screen. There are much better phones in this range like xperia z or galaxy ace, plz look to those instead. Really, what the hell were u thinking htc?
